URP, Office for Public Relations, is part of the Communication Directorate – URP.
Its designed to facilitate, improve and extend the access to the Municipality’s services of Verona.
The citizen can contact URP for:
• informations regarding the Municipality’s organizational structure, its provided services and forms
• informations regarding the principal cultural, social and sporting events
• the access to acts, the identity recognition SPID
• reports and proposals in order to improve the services’ quality
• the documents’ withdrawal
It is possible to contact URP by appointment for the following services:
• SPID point (identity recognition)
• petition (Legislation and Referendum proposals)
• the withdrawal of swimming pool cards
• pink stalls (mark)
